Affiliate Disclosure
NightlyBless may use affiliate links on some pages of the website. This page explains how affiliate links work and how we may receive compensation when readers use certain links.
Our goal is to be clear about these relationships so you can make informed choices when visiting a third-party website through one of our links.
A Quick Disclosure
If you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase or action, NightlyBless may receive a commission. This generally does not add an extra cost to you.
What Are Affiliate Links?
An affiliate link is a special link that allows a website or content creator to receive a commission from a company when a visitor clicks the link and completes a qualifying action.
NightlyBless may sometimes include links to products, services, or resources that may be useful to our readers.
If that link is an affiliate link and you make a qualifying purchase, NightlyBless may receive a commission.
You do not pay an extra fee to NightlyBless for using an affiliate link.
How Affiliate Links Work
You read about a product, service, or resource.
You click an affiliate link.
You visit the third-party website.
You complete a qualifying action.
The affiliate program may pay us a commission.
The exact commission, qualifying action, and payment rules depend on the affiliate program involved.
Our Commitment to Readers
We want our readers to know when a relationship exists between NightlyBless and a company.
Affiliate compensation does not mean that every product or service linked from our website is guaranteed to be the best choice for every reader.
We aim to keep our content useful, clear, and relevant to our readers.
Readers should review product details, prices, terms, reviews, and other information available from the company before making a purchase.
Affiliate Disclosure Near Recommendations
When a page contains an affiliate recommendation, we may place a short disclosure near the relevant recommendation or link.
Example Disclosure
Affiliate Disclosure: This post may contain affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
We use clear wording so readers can see the relationship without having to search through the website.
Amazon Associates
NightlyBless may participate in the Amazon Associates Program.
If we participate in the program and use Amazon affiliate links, we will identify our relationship with Amazon as required by the applicable program terms.
The required Amazon Associates statement is:
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Other Affiliate Programs
NightlyBless may also participate in affiliate programs operated by companies other than Amazon.
Each affiliate program may have its own rules, commission structure, disclosure requirements, and terms.
Where applicable, we will follow the requirements of the affiliate programs we participate in.
Do Affiliate Links Change Our Content?
Affiliate relationships do not automatically determine what we publish.
We aim to create content that is useful and relevant to NightlyBless readers.
An affiliate relationship should not be taken as a guarantee that a product, service, company, or website is suitable for every person.
Readers should make their own decisions based on their needs and the information available from the relevant provider.
Product Prices and Availability
Prices, discounts, availability, product features, shipping information, and other details can change.
If we mention a price, offer, feature, or product detail, it may change after the content is published.
For the most current information, please check the third-party website before making a purchase.
NightlyBless is not responsible for changes made by third-party companies.
Third-Party Websites
Affiliate links may take you to websites that are operated by other companies.
Once you leave NightlyBless, you are subject to the third-party website’s own terms, privacy policy, purchasing rules, and other policies.
We do not control third-party websites.
We are also not responsible for their content, security, products, services, prices, availability, or customer service.
Your Purchase Decision
Any purchase you make through an affiliate link is between you and the third-party company.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to review:
- Product or service details
- Current price
- Shipping information
- Return policy
- Warranty information
- User reviews
- Terms and conditions
- Privacy policy
Please make the decision that is right for your own needs.
No Additional Cost
In most affiliate arrangements, using our affiliate link does not add an extra cost to your purchase.
The company providing the affiliate program may pay NightlyBless a commission when the required qualifying action takes place.
The commission comes from the affiliate program and is not a separate fee charged by NightlyBless.
Sponsored Content and Affiliate Links
Affiliate content and sponsored content are different.
An affiliate link may allow us to earn a commission from a qualifying purchase.
Sponsored content may involve payment or another business arrangement for publishing or promoting content.
If NightlyBless publishes sponsored content, we will identify it appropriately.
Advertising Is Separate
NightlyBless may also display advertisements from third-party advertising networks.
Advertising revenue and affiliate commissions are separate types of website income.
An advertisement or affiliate link does not automatically mean that NightlyBless guarantees or endorses every claim made by the advertiser or third-party company.
Our Transparency
We believe readers should have enough information to know when a website may receive compensation from a link.
That is why we disclose affiliate relationships and aim to make those disclosures easy to notice.
The purpose of this disclosure is to give you clear information before you interact with an affiliate link or recommendation.
